The Ohio Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services
OhioMHAS is a cabinet level state agency that is responsible for providing leadership in mental health and addiction research, prevention, treatment and recovery. The agency maintains six regional psychiatric hospitals, the statewide pharmacy, and several prison recovery services in addition to its Columbus headquarters. OhioMHAS works closely with local and other statewide entities to provide care and resources to all Ohioans.
